# Panattoni to build Linde forklift factory in Kołbaskowo, Poland

Panattoni Europe will develop a BTS forklift factory in Kołbaskowo near Szczecin for Linde, part of the KION Group. The total capital expenditure is over EUR 60 million, and the 44,000 sqm facility will manufacture forklift trucks. First production is expected in 2021, with full capacity by 2023, employing around 150 people.
