Shalag Industries signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of Texsus S.P.A., an Italian manufacturer of air-through bonded nonwovens for the hygiene market. The acquisition will make Shalag Group a global producer with three production sites and capacity close to 60,000 tons per annum.
