# Cooper & Turner acquires Beck Industries to create world leader in safety fasteners

UK-based Cooper & Turner has acquired 100% of the capital of Beck Industries, a French manufacturer of high-tech fasteners. The combined group, with combined sales of about EUR 175 million, becomes the world leader in safety fasteners. Beck Industries' management becomes executive vice presidents of Cooper & Turner.
