# Mediaco and Capelle acquire AlteAd Group

The Commercial Court of Paris approved the joint offer of Mediaco and Capelle to take over the AlteAd Group, effective August 1, 2019. Mediaco will acquire AlteAd's lifting branch with 190 cranes and 470 employees, while Capelle will acquire the transport business with 390 tractors and 580 employees.
