# ITM Power to lease new manufacturing HQ in Sheffield

ITM Power signed an agreement to lease a 134,000 ft² new build development at PLP Bessemer Park in Sheffield for its global manufacturing headquarters. The facility will have an electrolyser manufacturing capacity of up to 1,000MW per annum. ITM expects to occupy the building from March 2020 and complete fit-out by Summer 2020.
