# Lifocolor invests EUR 20M in new masterbatch plant in Lichtenfels

Lifocolor Farben GmbH & Co. KG is investing EUR 20 million to build a new 14,000 m² masterbatch production plant on a 30,000 m² site in Lichtenfels, Germany. Ground was broken in July 2019, with construction expected to take 18 months. The plant will have a capacity of 6,000 tonnes per year.
