Okuma Europe and Hommel Holding signed a purchase agreement for Okuma Europe to acquire Hommel CNC Technik GmbH (HCT), its long-standing German sales partner. The acquisition is subject to antitrust approval and will take effect September 1, 2019. HCT's over 100 employees will be taken over.
