Private equity firm Steadfast Capital acquired a stake in injection molding companies BUK Kunststofftechnik GmbH and UHB Kunststofftechnik GmbH. The acquisition has been approved by the cartel authority. Managing director Thorsten Ulbrich remains as managing shareholder.
