Dosecann, a subsidiary of Auxly Cannabis Group, entered a definitive agreement with Capsugel (Lonza) to acquire a complete line of capsule filling and sealing equipment, including LEMS technology and Licaps capsules, for its PEI facility. The capacity is up to 200 million capsules per year.
