# Adnoc and OCI form joint venture to create largest nitrogen fertiliser export platform

Adnoc and OCI announced a strategic partnership to combine their fertiliser businesses into a new joint venture, which will be the largest export-focused nitrogen fertiliser platform globally with a production capacity of 5 million tonnes of urea and 1.5 million tonnes of ammonia.
