US company Tekni-Plex acquired Lameplast, an Italian maker of plastic pharmaceutical packaging, from private equity firm Aksìa Group for an undisclosed amount. Lameplast employs 130 people at Rovereto sul Secchia and joins Tekni-Plex's film business.
