Sev.en Energy Group signed an agreement to acquire a 100% equity stake in Alpiq Generation (CZ) s.r.o., which operates CHP plants in Kladno and Zlín, Czech Republic. The seller is Alpiq AG. The takeover is subject to approval from the Czech anti-monopoly office.
