ARMOR and OPVIUS signed a letter of intent to merge OPVIUS's development, integration and marketing activities for flexible organic photovoltaic films with ARMOR's. The combined entity will have ARMOR's 1 million sqm per year production capacity and OPVIUS's integration experience.
