# Standard Investment to acquire 50% stake in Hollandia business units

Standard Investment intends to acquire a 50% stake in Hollandia Structures, Hollandia Infra, Hollandia Services, Everest Industriële Montage and Hollandia UK from Hollandia Holding. The units will be placed in a new holding company called Hollandia Orange, with the Lubbers family retaining the other 50%.
