Windmoeller & Hoelscher announced a partnership with TC Transcontinental Packaging to supply two VAREX II blown film lines, including a 9-layer barrier line for the Whitby, Ontario plant and a 3-layer line for PE films. The lines are scheduled to start up in fall 2019.
