# Reagens and Indofil form plastics additives JV in India

Italy's Reagens and India's Indofil Industries have formed a joint venture, Indo-Reagens Plastics Additives Pvt Ltd, to produce green polymer additives. A new production facility is under construction at the GIDC SEZ in Dahej, India, and is expected to be completed within the 2019 fiscal year.
