Mitsubishi Logisnext will transfer its 70% stake in Chinese forklift manufacturing subsidiary Anhui Hecha Forklift Co., Ltd. to joint venture partner Anhui Defu Investment Co., Ltd. The transfer price is undisclosed and is expected to be completed by April 2019.
