Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Thermal Systems agreed with Form Group shareholders to establish a joint venture, Form MHI Klima Sistemleri, for sales and servicing of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems in Turkey. The JV is projected to launch in April 2019.
