# CGW buys Lacaux Group, creating French group with 200 M€ turnover

Cartonneries de Gondardennes Wardrecques Group (CGW) signed an agreement in February 2019 to acquire all shares of the Lacaux Group, with the final acquisition expected in April 2019. The new group will have turnover of about €200 million and a workforce of about 660.
