# Sagard, BPI and TowerBrook to acquire majority stake in Sabena Technics

TAT Group entered exclusive negotiations to sell a large majority of Sabena Technics, a European aerospace MRO provider, to a consortium led by Sagard, BPI and TowerBrook. TAT will retain a minority stake. The deal values Sabena Technics at around €450 million turnover.
