Infineon Technologies has canceled the planned merger between Infineon Korea and Infineon Power Semitech. Instead, it restructured by moving R&D and marketing personnel to Infineon Korea, while Infineon Power Semitech will focus solely on power semiconductor module production in Cheonan.
