# Arvind and PD Glass Fibre form joint venture for glass fibre fabrics

Indian textile manufacturer Arvind and German PD Glass Fibre Group formed a joint venture, Arvind PD Glass Fibre Composites Pvt Ltd, to produce non-woven and multi-axial glass fibre fabrics for wind energy, transportation, shipbuilding, aerospace and infrastructure. Arvind holds 51% and PD holds 49%.
