# Volvo CE launches R100E rigid hauler for Southern Africa

Volvo Construction Equipment launched the new R100E 95-ton rigid hauler for the coal and bulk commodities industries in Southern Africa. The hauler, powered by a Cummins engine, will be supported by local partner Babcock Equipment. Orders for three units have already been received from South African clients.
