# Ovivo partners with Cembrane for silicon carbide membrane technology

Ovivo Inc. signed a licensing and investment agreement with Cembrane A/S for Silicon Carbide Flat Plate Membrane technology. Ovivo gains exclusive rights to market the technology to the electronics market globally and to North American municipal and industrial markets, and took a minority stake in Cembrane.
