# MEH Joint Venture formed for Hinkley Point C nuclear power station

The MEH Joint Venture was officially formed on September 27, 2018, as a partnership between Hinkley Point C and tier one contractors Altrad, Balfour Beatty Bailey, Cavendish Nuclear, and Doosan Babcock. A Memorandum of Understanding was signed to deliver mechanical, electrical, HVAC, cabling, and support services for the UK's first new nuclear power station in two decades.
