Damen Shipyards Group has completed the acquisition of Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering's majority stake in the Mangalia shipyard in Romania. The shipyard will be renamed Damen Shipyards Mangalia and operate as a joint venture with the Government of Romania.
