# MHI Thermal Systems and HEIFO form joint venture for truck/trailer reefers in Europe

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Thermal Systems has concluded an agreement with HEIFO Rüterbories GmbH & Co. KG to establish a joint venture, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Thermal Transport Europe GmbH, in Osnabrück, Germany, to provide sales and servicing of truck/trailer reefers in Europe. The JV will launch in September 2018 with MHI Thermal Systems holding a 60% stake and capitalized at €6 million.
