# SRF to set up second BOPET film line and resin plant in Thailand for $60 million

SRF Limited announced the setting up of a second BOPET film line and a resin plant at its existing location in Rayong, Thailand, by its wholly owned subsidiary SRF Industries (Thailand) Limited, at an investment of approximately $60 million. The new line will have a capacity of about 40,000 metric tonnes per annum and is expected to become operational in about two years.
