# Boeing and Embraer to form joint venture for commercial aircraft

Boeing and Embraer signed a non-binding MoU to form a joint venture comprising Embraer's commercial aircraft and services business. Boeing will hold 80% and Embraer 20% of the JV, valued at $4.75 billion for 100% of Embraer's commercial operations.
