# Kazanskompressormash starts construction of new compressor shop in Kazan

Gazprom chairman Viktor Zubkov attended the start of construction of a new multi-building compressor workshop over 15,000 sq m at the Kazanskompressormash plant in Kazan. The shop will make large compressors for natural gas liquefaction and is expected to start operating in 2020.
