Kaimei Electronic Corp, an electrolytic capacitor maker and Yageo subsidiary, agreed to acquire Bothhand Enterprise Inc, a LAN transformer manufacturer, in a share-swap deal valued at about NT$5.02 billion. The transaction is expected to close on December 11, 2018.
