Baumit GmbH, the German subsidiary of the Baumit Group, acquired 100% of shares in Krusemark Edelputz GmbH & Co. KG (production) and Schaefer Krusemark GmbH & Co. KG (distribution) from Schaefer Kalk and the Krusemark-Camin family. The acquired companies generated over €20 million in revenue in 2017 and employ about 60 people.
