# Compumedics signs strategic partnership with Health 100 for Somfit sleep technology

Compumedics entered a framework agreement with Health 100 to form a joint venture for commercializing the Somfit sleep monitoring platform in China. Compumedics will receive A$11.3 million upfront, and Health 100 will purchase 1 million Somfit devices over two years after CFDA approval, generating at least A$133 million in revenue.
