# Xenon Private Equity buys Emmeti, Mectra, Sipac and Logik to form EMS Group

Xenon Private Equity, via its Xenon Private Equity VI fund, bought 100% of Emmeti, Mectra, Sipac and Logik, creating EMS Group, a maker of palletizing, depalletizing and conveyor lines based in Italy. The deal was reported on 28 November 2018 and no value was disclosed.
