# Autotech Polymers and Sirmax form joint venture Autotech Sirmax India

Autotech Polymers India Pvt. Ltd. and Sirmax S.p.A. of Italy have formed a joint venture called Autotech Sirmax India Pvt. Ltd. Sirmax becomes a 50% partner, with the remaining 50% held by the Nirmal Thakkar family of Tipco Group. The JV will produce specialty polypropylene and engineering thermoplastic compounds in India.
