# Vijai Electricals El Djazair formed to build transformer plant in Tizi-Ouzou, Algeria

Vijai Electricals El Djazair, a joint venture between Electro-industrie, Sonelgaz and Vijai Electricals Ltd, was created to build a transformer manufacturing plant in Azazga, Tizi-Ouzou. The 4.7 billion DZD investment will create 358 jobs and produce 115 units per year with total capacity of 8,300 MVA.
