# Mitsubishi Heavy and Chubu Electric develop low-GWP heat pump

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Thermal Systems and Chubu Electric Power jointly developed the 'Q-ton Circulation' industrial heat pump, which uses low-GWP refrigerant R454C for the first time in Japan. It will be released from August 2018.
