# Cementir Holding to acquire additional 38.75% stake in Lehigh White Cement Company for $106.6 million

Cementir Holding's American subsidiary Aalborg Cement Company signed an agreement to acquire an additional 38.75% stake in Lehigh White Cement Company from Lehigh Cement Company (HeidelbergCement) for $106.6 million. After closing, Cementir will hold 63.25% of LWCC, which operates two white cement plants in Waco, Texas and York, Pennsylvania.
