Schütz GmbH & Co. signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Envases y Laminados, S.A. de C.V. (ELSA), Mexico's leading supplier of rigid industrial packaging. The deal is expected to close in early 2018, subject to antitrust approval. Financial terms were not disclosed.
