# Bruce Power awards $130M steam generator replacement contract to SGRT joint venture

Bruce Power signed a contract valued at over $130 million with the Steam Generator Replacement Team (SGRT), a joint venture of AECOM, Aecon and AREVA NP, to replace steam generators at Unit 6 of the Bruce Nuclear Generating Station in Ontario. Work is scheduled for substantial completion in Q1 2022. A long-term Preferred Supplier Agreement for the remaining five units through 2032 was also signed.
