BW Group and Mitsui & Co. formed a joint venture to jointly own the Floating Storage and Regasification Unit BW Integrity, with Mitsui purchasing a 49% stake. BW continues to own 51% and provide management services. The vessel is on a 15-year charter in Pakistan.
