Tianjin Capital Environmental Protection will invest CNY 7.5648 million to increase capital in its subsidiary Tianjin Jinning Chuanghuan Water, which will invest CNY 25.6485 million to upgrade the first phase of a wastewater treatment plant in Ninghe Modern Industrial Zone, Tianjin.
