# Unifi signs letter of intent for joint venture in Guatemala

Unifi Inc. has signed a non-binding letter of intent to form a joint venture with the owners of Complast S.A. and Technologia Textil Avanzada in Guatemala. Unifi will own 51% of the JV, which will include bottle processing and polyester yarn manufacturing operations.
