# PTTGC, Sanyo Chemical and Toyota Tsusho form GC Polyols joint venture

PTT Global Chemical, Sanyo Chemical Industries and Toyota Tsusho signed a joint venture agreement on September 7, 2017 to establish GC Polyols Company Limited, with shareholding proportions of 82.1%, 14.9% and 3% respectively. The venture will produce and distribute polyols for polyurethane production in Thailand's Eastern Economic Corridor.
