# Martin Resource Management and Copperbeck form Saconix joint venture

Martin Resource Management Corporation and Copperbeck Energy Partners LLC formed a new joint venture, Saconix LLC, combining Martin's sulfuric acid business with Copperbeck's capital. Copperbeck will own 62.5% and MRMC 37.5%. The deal is expected to close by October 15, 2017.
