UMW Corporation Sdn. Bhd. and Komatsu Ltd. signed a Letter of Intent to establish a joint venture company for heavy equipment distribution in Malaysia, Singapore, Myanmar, and Papua New Guinea. UMWC will hold 74% and Komatsu 26%.
