# AGCO and CP Foods form joint venture to manufacture protein production equipment in China

AGCO has entered into a joint venture agreement with CP Foods to manufacture protein production equipment. Each will own 50% of the joint venture, which will build a plant in CiXi City, ZheJiang Province, China, with manufacturing expected to begin in early 2019.
