# Indorama Ventures acquires DuraFiber Technologies in Mexico and France

Indorama Ventures has agreed to acquire DuraFiber Technologies' operations in Mexico (Queretaro) and France (Longlaville), adding capacity for PET and Nylon 6 tire cord fabrics and industrial textiles. The transaction is expected to close in Q3 2017.
