# Unifi signs letter of intent for joint venture in Guatemala

Unifi, Inc. signed a non-binding letter of intent to form a joint venture in Guatemala with the owners of Complast S.A. and Technologia Textil Avanzada (TTA). Unifi would own 51% and the existing owners 49%, continuing recycling, spinning and texturing operations.
