MMK commissioned a new continuous hot-dip galvanizing unit at its Magnitogorsk plant, supplied by SMS group, with 450,000 tonnes per year capacity. The RUB 6.8 billion ($115 million) project increases MMK's galvanized steel capacity to over 2 million tonnes per year.
